What is 11ty?

11ty (Eleventy) is a simple static site generator that lets me write blog posts in Markdown and automatically converts them to HTML.

Why I'm using it

  • Easy to write in Markdown
  • Fast and lightweight
  • Works with my existing site
  • No database needed
